July 2006 Lower North Island and Otago Storm ( 2006-07-21 )

Snow and floods in Manawatu-Wanganui region caused road closures. Flooding in Wellington resulted in landslides forcing 30 people to evacuate their homes and snow in Otago caused road closures and the Queenstown airport to close.
