Flooding
Rivers overflowed their banks.
One bridge was lost.
A storm passed over the area from Kaeo to Okaihau on the 22nd and 23rd.
Many fences were damaged.
Heavy Rain

Paitu Stream
Paitu recorded 258 mm (25.8 cm) of rain in the six hours to 12pm on the 23rd (Return Period well over 150 years).
Paitu recorded 134 mm (13.4 cm) of rain in the two hours to 11am on the 23rd (Return Period over 150 years).
Paitu recorded a total of more than 350 mm (35.0 cm) of rain over two days.
